Seller at Auction Sale: Peter S. Vogel, the Receiver presiding over the Receivership (“Receiver“) established by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, in Case No. 3:09-CV-0988-F
Property to be Sold: Property to be sold includes:  A portfolio of more than 3,000 domain names, and a separate portfolio of more than 150,000 domain names (the “Portfolios”), plus related monetization and registrar contracts together with related portfolio data.

Minimum Bid Price: No less than Four Million Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($4,300,000.00) (or next highest pre-auction qualifying bid)
Auction Terms Receiver retains the right to sell the Portfolios in whole, or in part.  Sale will be per a standard APA form.  Only Qualified Bidders may participate.  To become a Qualified Bidder, a $500,000 earnest money deposit must be made, the standard APA form must be signed, and a form NDA must be signed no later than November 6, 2012. Deadline to qualify as a bidder is close of business, November 6, 2012. Validation of ability to close is required.
Due Diligence Materials: Due Diligence materials will be made available on a confidential basis and at the sole discretion of the Receiver.
